  • 1 pound Jumbo Scallops
  • 1 tsp. Five Spice Powder
  • 1 Tbsp. Sesame Oil

Heat skillet and add sesame oil. Pat Scallops dry and lightly dust both sides of scallop with five spice powder. Sear scallops on both sides no more than 2 minutes per side. Garnish with fresh cilantro if desired and serve with Spicy Thai Slaw.
